Return Window:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Eligibility:
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Tags must still be attached
- Must not be marked as final sale
Non-Returnable Items:
- Final sale items
- Accessories (for hygiene reasons, if applicable)
Refunds:
- Approved returns are issued as store credit
- Store credit is sent via email after inspection
Return Shipping:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
