Our Return Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Empire Wardrobe. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Item must not be marked as final sale
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at:
Include:
- Your order number
- The email used at checkout
- Reason for return
Our team will provide return instructions once your request is approved.
Refund Method
For approved returns, we offer:
- Refund to the original payment method
- OR store credit (optional) if preferred
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are issued within 3–7 business days after approval
- Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the issue
We will:
- Send a replacement OR
- Issue a full refund or store credit
Late or Missing Returns
If your return is approved but not shipped back within a reasonable timeframe, it may no longer be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Certain accessories (for hygiene reasons, if applicable)
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled.
