How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we currently offer free shipping on all orders for a limited time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package in real time.
Why didn’t my items arrive together?
We work with multiple suppliers, so items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition.
Do you offer refunds?
We issue store credit for approved returns. This allows you to quickly reorder something you love.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product has a size chart — we recommend checking it before ordering. If you're between sizes, size up for the best fit.
Will the item look exactly like the photos?
Yes — we carefully select high-quality pieces. Slight differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some items may be restocked, but many are limited releases — once they’re gone, they’re gone.
Orders & Changes
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, processing may already begin.
I entered the wrong address — what should I do?

Delivery Issues
My package says delivered but I don’t have it
Please check with neighbors or your local carrier first. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll assist.
Do you replace lost or stolen packages?
Once marked delivered, packages are the responsibility of the carrier, but we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.
